We want you to be happy with your purchase from Amuiii. This Refund Policy explains your rights regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.

14-Day Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at shopwithamuii@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please include your order number with any return.

How to Start a Return
Email us at shopwithamuii@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond with return instructions, including the return address. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, in which case we will cover the cost.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Non-Returnable Situations
